There are an awful lot of folks in New England on this site. Any southerners out there? What is the traditional southern food you find hardest to do without or hardest to deal with? which ever way you want to put it.

I would say the most difficult for me is fried okra !!! Love that stuff !!! I eat it occasionally, but watch the portions. I don't do without.
