I here you there it is hot here also. 105 today and muggy. I am also smelly due to the fires I am about 2 miles from Bundy fire. Man just a few months ago the other 2 fires. If breathing bad air could make me lose weight I would be thin thin thin :)

I just wish it didn't make the air so bad. You can't cough when taking a walk cause after a min you feel like you ran 10 miles. Your chest is so tight.

Time for some indoor exercise tapes. I have asthma so I can't be out when the fires get going. Last time we had the ones in Big Bear, San Bern. and Hesperia people were walking down the street with surgical masks on. At noon it looked like it was night and our pool was black with ash. Try and stay out of that if it's at all possible. Hopefully we'll get some rain or they'll get a handle on it.
