Hit the 180s

There was a time when I never thought I would get under 200. Then the wonderful day came and I could hardly beleive it would stick.

Then I seemed to become stuck in the 190s. For a few days I was thinking that my body was meant for the 190s and this was just the way it was going to be.

And now today...DaDaDAAAAAAAAAAA!!!! 189.2!!!

It gives me new hope! My body can change. How exciting!
So here's to a world of exciting possibilities!

I extend my new enthusiasm to each and everyone of you! Never give up. Things will change!
