I weighed in last night and for the first time since I was a teenager I am under 200. I have lost 57.5 pounds in 8 months and I feel great. I know I still have a long way to go and I'm am determined to keep working hard for it. And for anyone who may be struggling, stick with it. This program really works and it's worth it. Thanks to everyone on BCB for your support. You keep me strong.
