Since we can't seem to keep the daily going, how about we all catch up on the weekends?

I'm still back at goal. I seem to have an easier time with the Flex Points. How's it going for y'all?

The cast is off my ankle. I'm wearing a brace now. It still is pretty weak, though. I hope being in the brace strengthens it some. :D

Happy weekend, buddies! Susan, glad you have the cast off your ankle and hope it mends fast!

It's a kind of dark day here today. We got so much rain all summer, it's surprising how fast it dried out and the grass started dying after hardly any rain for 2-3 weeks! But we have had some again the past couple days. We slept till 8:30 (late for us, but that time is looking better lately on weekends!), got up and went to breakfast.....I got 2 pancakes and used one tiny margarine thingy and 1/3 my normal amt of syrup. I would love to have had 3 cakes and 3 pcs bacon and tons of syrup, but I survived. I'm going to do this! I do like the Flex pts, too, Susan, and find it easier to stick OP.

We came back and I read my Bible some and then we both went to sleep (can you believe it??) in the liv room!! I guess the darkness made us sleepy. DH is cutting the grass now with our new mower. It should be getting it done faster but the grass is wet and slowing him down. Still it's not as hard as it was with that small elec mower we had before!

Just to let you all know, I set up a new account with Picture Trail and you can click on the url in my signature and see my 2 albums. I was a bit confused when I set one up with Image Station. I didn't realize you would have to join to view my albums. There was no obligation and it just enabled you to see any of the albums they have, and some are really neat. But most people don't want to take the time to do it, or have questions about joining something like that, so I just made it simpler for everybuddy and set up one with Picture Trail again.

The albums are of my portrait drawings and then one has a few pictures of us and our grandkids (7 of them!). They were all taken months ago, but if you don't know us you will get an idea of how I/we look. smile.gif I will be adding a 5th portrait soon that I'm doing for my SIL of our niece and nephew. It's my first double portrait. This is all something new to me, but I love learning it. I give God all the glory because I asked him to show me how to do this and he did! Isn't he such an awesome God?!

Hello everyone! Got something to share... went shopping today for a blue jean skirt and I got a size 10! Whoo Hooo! before i started WW I was in an 18. PTL! GinaH

Gina, that is just too cool! congrats!!! I just gave my Tommy Hilfiger short blue jean skirt to my DD, it's a 12 but I can't get in it. I'm a 55 yr old grandma but you can bet I will wear it again if (when) I get back to goal. I told her to take care of it! :D I just got it for myself about 4 yrs ago, and it fit then too! Keep it up, you're doing good. graemlins/thumbup.gif
