Hi, Y'all!!
I'm back at goal at WW. The new Flexpoints is really working for me. I'm still planning on losing another 10 pounds, though. I think it will be healthier. smile.gif
The ankle has 10 more days in the cast. Then it gets a brace for several months. The brace won't be as annoying as the cast. :D I also have an "event recorder" that I get to wear for a month. I had some rapid heart rates with dizzy spells last week. So I get to play with this until mid-October. I think I'll start a medical supply store with my leftovers. :D Who knows, a new career could be in the works.
How did everyone do with the hurricane? Peg, is that new house OK? Let us know.
As always, y'all are in my prayers, posters or not. smile.gif
I hope everyone has a great weekend. graemlins/wave.gif

Susan,
Congrats at being back at goal, I can't wait to know what that feels like ;) I am down a pound this week, a big surprise, lots of salty foods, and no water the past few days, because of the hurricane. 11 more to go for my 10% :D Hope your ankle heals quickly and well, I will keep you on my prayer list graemlins/bcbsalute.gif

Hi buddies. It's been a while since I posted here. I've missed everyone, and it's good to see some new names here too. This is my first week using flex points. So far, so good. I had been praying that the Lord guide me back to Weight Watchers and to give me strength. Then a girl I used to work with called me out of the blue and told me she started going to meetings. She told me I was an inspiration to her. (She didn't know I had stopped going.) So I told her that I was trying to find my way back, and now we're going together! Praise the Lord! It definitely feels good to be back. Hope you all are having a great weekend!
Susan, congrats on being back at goal! WTG!
Allison, wtg on your loss this week. You'll hit that 10% in no time!

Congratulations Susan at being back to goal. :D I bet you are feeling great. I also can't wait to now what being at goal feels like.
Mubies welcome back. I am so glad that the Lord brought someone to be a buddy in going to meetings. I go with my mom and it makes a hug difference. The meetings are not the same when my mom can't make them and I am there by myself.
You are all in my prayers. Keep up the great work.

Hi everybuddy! Susan, congrats on reaching goal wt again!!! graemlins/thumbup.gif Thunderous applause here!!
I have made up my mind this time that I am going to stick with it if it means a year or more losing these 30-40 lbs. I am cutting myself some slack as far as using all the Flex pts I feel I need to stay OP, even if I lose very slowly. Have only been back on track for just over a week. This weekend I was a lot slack, but I mainly need those ex pts on the weekends.
Got to get off here for now and have coffee with DH. He made it and is expecting me. ;) graemlins/wave.gif

Congratulations for being at Goal!! I also can't wait to be able to say that. Forty more pounds to go. But I will get there, as we all will with His help.
