Hi buddies! I'm trying to check in more. Yes, Phyllis, I did hear that Kenneth Hagin passed away, heard it this a.m. at church. It was to be our pastor's appreciation day and he had to be at the funeral so they had left for Oklahoma. Our pastor taught at the Rhema Bible Training Center for almost 10 years so he knew him well. I was really sorry to hear it, but he was 86 and had definitely lived a full and fruitful life for the Lord! What an example of a true believer !!

And, BTW, Phyllis, don't let the devil smash you with his junk. Make a list of all the things the Lord has already done for you, and read, read, read the Word. It will build up that faith you need so badly right now. Reach out to someone and do something for them. It will help you bring you out of yourself. And praise the Lord for his goodness and mercy to you continually. How do I know all this works? Because I have to crawl out of those depressions and circumstances many times myself!

BTW, our son who is 3,000 miles away is having some serious marriage problems. He blames it on himself. He really needs prayer, actually they both need prayer. I don't buy the idea that it's all his fault, and I know they both need changing, but he does have some serious needs in his life. I feel for the 4 children involved here, too. Our precious baby grandaughters (and our little grandsons who are from her first marriage). Please pray for them if you think of it.

Well, it figures I'd write a thread like this & then not show up to monitor it! :rolleyes: Actually I've not been feeling like myself lately ... I'm not sure what's been going on or what's been causing it but I've been feeling really fatigued & just to tired to concentrate on posting. Yesterday I had a dozen phone calls & every time I'd start talking I would lose my train of thought [this happened to me over & over yesterday]. :confused:
I feel like I've run a mile or not slept properly in weeks, so tired & run down, weak kind of feeling. graemlins/ugh.gif It was only about a month or two ago I had chest pains & so I've been tested, they found nothing & I can't afford to keep going back in ... DH wanted to rush me to the emergency room last night but I wouldn't go ... I've been really struggling with a lot of stressful things [issues] & was wondering if I'm hyperventilating / where my body act's like it wants to shut down? ...I had that happen to me about nine or ten years ago. odear.gif
Anyway, I didn't mean to go on & on about myself ...

Yes, peacelilly, we did make it through the hurricane. We only lost power for a short time on thursday when it first hit. We had a boil water advisary for the entire weekend, but, we are all okay, thanks so much for asking ;) BUT, YOU need to take care of yourself. Sounds like your body is trying to tell you something. I know that financially, it can be difficult to get to the bottom of certain 'feelings' we are having, but, in the long run, wouldn't you feel better knowing what is causing you these problems :confused:
