How 'bout a Praise TUESDAY!

Ok, if I'm starting a daily then it must be slow around here! LOL! Hope everyone has recovered from their Labor Day weekend graemlins/wave.gif

Praises first...
That I have a DH that can suck it up and ask for forgiveness when he does something wrong! I see so many men that couldn't care less if they hurt their wife or say something dumb. We've been really attacked lately and he was really convicted about things he was doing and now we are back to normal (whatever that is!). tongue.gif

Did anyone do anything for the weekend? We stayed home and BBQ'd and hung out in the pool, just the 2 of us. It's easy to stay OP that way!

Also, our marriage study is starting this week and we are hosting and co-leading. We've also been asked to take over the study all together next year which is kind of scary! graemlins/crazy.gif We need lots of prayer for this one. If the Lord wants us to do it then He'll open the doors.

Afternoon Chris & those that follow ...
Chris you are so right, we do need to be thankful for those things we take for granted & one is our loving caring husbands. My DH is always quick to apologize ... I could only wish I was as quick! :( Thank you for pointing this out today ... I needed to hear this!
Well, we stayed home all weekend as well ... thought it would be a good time to stay off the roads & get a little R&R before DH had to go back to work today. I enjoyed his company & wish we could have had a full week! :D I had a successful weekend OP too ... I'm only one day away from being on program for 7 weeks! Hi, Chris & Peacelily!!

The ankle is pretty sore, but I'm off the crutches. I did a lot of walking on it today at the preschool. I haven't taken the aircast off of it yet. It'll probably swell up. :eek:

I went out to leave work and the Saturn wouldn't start. I had it towed to the mechanic. Hopefully, they will get it fixed tomorrow. :eek: :rolleyes: I think it's just the battery. Saturns eat them up.

My praise for today is unexpected cards in the mail from friends just to say HI. I got one today. It was sooooooo great. :D

Praises for nice friends and new neighbors. Also for my wonderful dog and two cats. They model the kind of unconditional love that we should all have. Sometimes I think my pets are better Christians than me. smile.gif They always forgive, never judge, love unconditionally, and they don't hold grudges. And they teach me to be unconditional, like not to be mean to the dog when he gets into the trash (he doesn't know better of course, thinks I left it there for him...).

That's cute! LOL! Not true for my dogs though, they do stuff on purpose. I can tell by the way they look at me when they do it. I know they are animals but I swear they think like a human!

I have a big Praise Tuesday- I went for my first weigh in back OP and I lost 6 lbs-headed in the right direction again. smile.gif
