My praise for today is my helpful family. They have been making life easier since I broke my ankle. :D

Good Morning,

Brenda I will be praying for healing of your ankle, and praising him for your family.

We had a great meeting last night at church, we will be starting a womens support/encouragement group for the ladies who have spouses that either do not come to church, or who are not serving as the spiritual leader in the home. We had a great turn out, and I felt truly blessed to be in the company of such faithful sisters in Christ.

I Should be getting my at home kit today with the new flex points, I can't wait. I have been staying OP, with my eating, but need to work on excercising. They are opening a new YMCA just around the corner from work, I think I will call and check on joining.
