I am reading a really really awesome book by Max Lucado that is really helping me stay on plan and take some of the distractions out of my life. I am reading "Traveling Light". It's helping me with my faith and it's helping me prioritize things in my life. It's just so great! Between this book, WW123 and exercising at Curves, things are looking awesome!

It's just so cool because I'm so happy right now! I really needed this book to reorganize my life! I was so stressed out all the time and let everything get to me. Now I am learning to give it to God. Even my weightloss, I gave it to God and amazingly it's helped. I don't have my usual doubts and I haven't been too tempted with certain foods and even if I do crave it, I have been able to say no, not now.
