Just wondering if anybody has a good recipe for Haddock fillets?

Just dug out my master cook program and figured out how to input this recipe. The original recipe did not have the reduced fat. My family loved the original (my pre-ww and bcb days) so I decided to fix it to make it more healthy. This dish has 4 points per serving now. Hope you enjoy!

Haddock Bubbly Bake, low fat

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

2 Pounds haddock fillets
1 dash salt
1 dash pepper
10 3/4 ounces condensed cream of mushroom soup, lowfat
1 small onion -- thinly sliced
1 cup cheddar cheese, lowfat -- shredded

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Lightly spray PAM one deep 9x9 inch casserole dish.

Layer fish fillets into the bottom of the prepared pan.

Sprinkle with salt and pepper (to taste)

Layer onion slices over fish.

Spread cream of mushroom soup over all.

Sprinkle with the shredded cheese.

Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for about 40 minutes or until bubbly and fish is flaky.
