Shrimp Curry
Recipe By : my friend Denise; adapted

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

2 pounds shrimp -- peeled and deveined
4 ounces light butter, whipped
10 3/4 ounces cream of shrimp soup
1/2 cup light mayonnaise
3/4 cup white wine
8 ounces half and half
1 tablespoon curry powder
2 tablespoons cornstarch
Saute shrimp in light butter until cooked through (about 5 minutes).
Mix mayonnaise with soup, and slowly add the wine and half and half with a whisk. Add to shrimp in pan.
Add curry powder.
Dissolve cornstarch in a little bit of water, and add to shrimp mixture. Heat until bubbly.
