Shrimp & Crabmeat Marinara

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1 large onion (or more) -- chopped
4 cloves garlic -- minced
olive oil-flavored nonstick spray
1 large can Italian tomatoes -- drained
1 large can crushed tomatoes
1 small can tomato paste
2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
1 dash Worcestershire sauce
1 dash sugar -- (peeled & deveined)
1/4 cup red wine
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 pounds shrimp -- (peeled & deveined)
3/4 pound lump crabmeat
Sauté chopped onion & minced garlic in olive oil-flavored non-stick spray. (If needed, add a little chicken broth to keep it from sticking to the pan.) Add Italian tomatoes (drained), crushed tomatoes, and tomato paste. Stir in Italian spice, Worcestershire sauce, sugar, and red wine. Simmer on low heat.
Meanwhile, sauté shrimp in olive oil until cooked through. Add cooked shrimp and lump crabmeat to sauce and simmer for a few minutes.
Serve over pasta or rice (and add points accordingly).
