I tend to over calculate pts...(to be safe), so 1 Salmon burger = 3 Pts

1 lg can Salmon (14.75 oz), well drained
1 Egg slightly beaten
1/2 ea: finely chopped Onion
" " Gr Pepper
FF fine Saltine cracker crumbs
1 Tbsp Lemon juice
1 Tbsp Lemon peel, grated
1 Tsp Rosemary, crushed
1/8 Tsp Lemon-Pepper
1/8 Tsp Celery Salt
Mix all ingredients well & shape into 5 or 6 patties.
Spray skillet well w/butter Pam.
Cook on med heat until nicely browned on both sides.

I toast English muffins, add 1 slice FF cheese, lettuce & tomato for a tasty Salmon Melt.

I hope you'll enjoy! http://www.healthdiscovery.net/ubb/smile.gif

Hi Maddie,
I made the salmon burgers the other day. I had been craving salmon patties and these were great. I used a small 6oz. can of skinless salmon and egg white instead of an egg and they worked well. Instead of an english muffin I buy these sugar free whole wheat buns and made a salmon melt with one of those. Yummy! I've got the other one in the freezer for another day. Thanks,
Susan :D

Trader Joe’s makes a decent salmon burger that is 1 or 2 points. It’s in the freezer section.
