fit n sexy

olive oil-flavored vegetable cooking spray
2 T lemon juice
1 T honey
2 t dried parsley flakes
2 t salt-free creole seasoning
1 t olive oil
2 t reduced sodium soy sauce
12 oz peeled, deveined large fresh shrimp (1 pound unpeeled)

1. coat an 11x7x1.5 inch baking dish with cooking spray. add lemon juice and next 5 ingredients to dish, stirring well. add shrimp; toss well tocoat. bake at 450 degrees for 8 minutes or until shrimp turn pink, stirring occasionally.

This receipe is AWESOME! Even my 2 year old ate it! I served it with Brown Rice and Green Beans! I will do this again!
