Marinated Pork Chops for the Grill
6 Servings; 5 Points per Serving

1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
1 squirt lemon juice
1 tbsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. brown sugar
1 pinch rosemary
1 1/2 pounds (approx) pork center loin chops, fat trimmed (6 chops)

1. Combine ingredients and marinate overnight in a zip-lock plastic bag.
2. Cook slowly on grill, using low heat.

These are very moist and tasty.

Serving size (1 chop): 195.9 calories; 10.7 g fat; 0.4 g fiber.
