I know that "grilled cauliflower" sounds really strange but you've got to try it. It's wonderful!!
I do it on my GF.
Cauliflower, cut in thin slices (as you would a loaf of bread)
Olive Oil Spray
Sage - fresh or dry
garlic - fresh or powder
pepper - freshly ground
coarse salt
Spray the sliced cauliflower very lightly with the olive oil spray - just enough so that the herbs will stick. Sprinkle with sage, garlic, pepper, and salt. Spread in one layer on your GF grill and cook until well browned. YUM!!

Sounds good to me! I have found that you can grill all veggies and that they are wonderful!!

Do the slices of cauliflour stay together, or does it crumble. So you just peel off the bottom leaves and stem, then slice it?
I've gotta try this!

Most of the slices do stay together but there are some that come apart. I just put it all on the grill.

I also do this by breaking the cauliflower into big florets and oven roasting it at 450* til it just starts to brown. Yum Yum, good stuff and gotta love 0 points!

Ooooh, what a good idea; I can't wait to try it. I once had some grilled broccoli at a restaurant in Atlanta and it was the best broccoli I ever tasted.
