I have been continuing to use the elliptical and Taebo as a cardio workout. I plan on continuing to do cardio as long as my body is willing. I want to keep cardio up at least 4-5 days a week for 20-40 minutes. It is too cold here to go runnning or even walk. What are some of the indoor cardio workouts that anyone else has been doing?

lori - it isn't cardio - but I did prenatal yoga on video and loved it - although some of it was too hard for me. I really think it helped prepare me for labor and would recommend it to anyone!

Thanks for the suggestion. I have a tilted uteus so I am doomed for the horrific back labor just like with the first one so anything that will help with labor is a plus. Thanks again.
