Well, a new weeks is at hand. And I'm so dissapointed I feel like kicking on something... As you know I got a BFN on Sunday, and my temperatures have been dropping, and just now I noticed some spotting (TMI sorry...) so AF is definitely on her way. graemlins/sobbing.gif graemlins/sobbing.gif graemlins/sobbing.gif
I went to buy Robitussin (or our equivalent, with guaifenesin) and green tea on my lunch break... And candy... So now I'm trying to look towards the upcoming cycle. But I can't deny that I am so disappointed, my usual luteal phase has been 12-13 days, and now it's suddenly 17. Its not fair, the TCOYF book says it's supposed to be constant....
Sorry, no energy for any personals - I doubt I'll get much work done today either - I'm so frustrated. Thank you for letting me vent, if you're still reading this far ;)
Take care,
June

Awwwwwww, June, ******{hugs}}}} You can vent here all you want, that's what we're here for!!!!!! But you never know, don't give up hope until that witch actually flies in!!!
AF showed up (with a vengence) on Saturday. I'm actually happy about that!!! BUT, I'm not happy with the HORRIBLE cramps accompanying her visit this time!!! I used to be like that pre-pill. Maybe I've finally "off" the pill's effects, after nearly a year of not taking them anymore!!! Other than that, I had a good weekend. I've begun to wallpaper my living room. I've never wallpapered before. There are a couple of issues to fix before I continue, but for never wallpapering before, I think it's OK! And, my Buffalo Bills won again (YEAH!!!! graemlins/crazy.gif ) And, it was a baby-filled weekend. Thursday night (yeah, I know, not exactly the weekend, but close enough) I saw my one cousin's baby, one of the best and cutest babies ever (I hope I am so lucky to have such a good baby!!) And Sunday, we had friends over who have 2 babies (born less that 360 days apart!! ) They were both good kids, too, the baby was hilarious! She was so ugly she was cute!!!!
Well, tha's all from me (gotta go to a press check for work). Hope you all have a great day!! Babydust and Odust to all!!!!

Knock knock - can I come in? I've been lurking for a couple of months now, but haven't had the courage to type in this forum yet...
So, as you may have guessed, DH and I are now TTC. I'm 30, he's 32. This will be our first. And I'm totally freaked out. We've only been "trying" for a month or two, and I've only been "not preventing" since July, so I know I can't be too anxious - but still, I am, ya know?
Anyway, I could really use the support of others who are going through the same stress of trying without telling people (I told my mom, but no one else), and you ladies seem like just the crew.

Hi all. Well I'm offically in the 2ww. I'm finding the charting to be interesting, although still a little confusing. Guess I shouldn't have waited until the year mark to start.
June~I'm so sorry to hear about the bfn. I hope af doesn't show.
Jenn~Sorry to hear about the cramps. How fun to be around all of those babies. I babysat for an eight year old yesterday. She was a lot of fun.
Calgal~Welcome. I'm 30 as well & am trying for my first. DH & I have only told a couple of folks that we're TTC. We've been officially ttc for a year now, but haven't started any sort of fertility testing.
Elmirady~Any testing yet? I've got fingers & toes crossed for you.
Fiona~Are you enjoying your dad's visit?
Surfergirl~How was the horse show?
Shellys, Dune, & anyone else I missed~Hope you all are doing well.

June- Sorry that AF is going to show. I looked at your chart and it seems possible that you "O"ed on cd 16. Im not 100% on it but it would bring your LP to your normal range. HTH?
Jenn- I have my girlfriend from FL coming next week with her 2 month old. Its fun to see babies but I cant help but feel paniac that I need to get pregnant!! She got pregnant this month last yr and I started trying soon after that!! Thats cute that you said the baby is so ugly shes cute!!!

Hi everyone
I have been busy for the past few days spending time with my dad. He had been here for three days now and I think that maybe by the end of three weeks it will be more than enough. Add to that the transitioning to a new job and I have been busy busy.
Well AF showed up on Friday with lots of cramps. UGH. My LP went back to its standard 11 days. Last month we were so excited when it got to 15. But I am off to my GYN this afternoon to talk about where to go from here.
June- Sorry about the BFN. Heres to next month and a bunch of june babies.
Jenn- Saw that the Bills won again yesterday. Bet your happy about that. Has AF flown on?
April: How are you going?
Shelly: Sounds like you have visitors to look forward to. How are the meds going? And how is your eye doing.
Baby dust to all.

Oh you guys are so sweet. Thank you for the support. Yes - I'm a little more calm now... still disappointed, but also resigned (how's that for a confusing description!?!)
Jenn - I am sorry to hear about your bad cramps. I used to have those too - before pills and Mirena IUD - not ever prescription painkillers helped very much, so I can totally relate.
Calgal - welcome. I'm pretty new here too. I just turned 34 so I'm trying to beat the 35 year mark... ;) We're TTC for #1, and haven't told anyone but the girls here. One couple, our best friends guessed it though. I guess a male shouldn't show too much knowledge about ovulation and temping during a regular conversation, at least not when talking to a couple who has been there/done that (their baby is 6 mts now) :)
Shellys - thank you! O on cd16 makes sense, and your comment really helped me handle this. I guess now in my mind this can be a 'regular AF' beginning to raise her head today not any imaginary early mc...Thank you.
Elmirady - how are you doing? I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you!
I'd better head for bed, have to get up to go to work early tomorrow (isn't this time-difference strange at times).

I've been looking through the National Infertility Association's website.
There's a great section on what to say to all those well-meaning comments about having children. Wish I had read this last week when another co-worker told me I wasn't getting any younger & should hurry up & have kids. Talking about Infertility (http://www.resolve.org/main/national/coping/talk/index.jsp?name=coping&tag=talk)
There's also some great information about the emotions of ttc. It's nice to know that I'm not going graemlins/crazy.gif for feeling like this. National Infertility Association (http://www.resolve.org)

Good morning everybody! I'm just jumping in with both feet here, and pulling up the thread for today. smile.gif
April, that website was really helpful - even though I'm just at the start of what I hope will be a not-too-long journey, I've been getting the "so, any little ones in the future?" comments for a while. (Been married for 5 years.) It was all fine and dandy when I could respond that we wanted to be married for a few years before "trying," but now that we're trying, hearing the questions is just nervewracking. I wish people could understand that. Add to that friends' stories about how they thought it would take a while but it only took a month or two, and you've got me, the big stress puppy, wondering whether it'll ever happen to me. Oh, well.
So, here in D.C. we're preparing for the hurricane to hit - hoping it won't hit too hard - my house is surrounded by really tall trees, and I really like my roof in its original condition. :D
Anyway, one of these days I'll "know" people well enough for personals, and I'll actually have the time to write them - but not today. smile.gif
Baby dust to all!

Good morning ladies. Sorry I was unable to post yesterday...but here's my Monday. I wake up feeling like crap. Then, I am on my way to work and get a phone call on my cell from a co-worker asking me where I hid his laptop in my office, so I tell him and he tells me it's not there. So I get to the office, and sure enough his laptop and mine are STOLEN OUT OF MY OFFICE!!!! So I have to call the police, and then I accidentally hang up on them, so 911 calls me back. Then I have to call the Office Park and have the Manager come over, then I have to call my Corporate Office, etc etc. The police man comes fills out my report. Then I meet with the Property Manager of our office park, then I have to meet with the locksmith and he gives me all new locks, etc. Then I'm still feeling crappy and I decide to go to Taekwondo anyway, cuz I figure it will sweat out my cold and we don't do much with balance, as I had none, well can you guess....we stood on a bosu ball the whole hour! Oh and then, I got home and took and HPT and it was a BFN! So that's my monday! Here's to a better day today?
Hi to Calgal, and welcome.
Hi to everyone else, gotta get back to work!

Things will get better.
I'm doing okay here. My DH is going to buy some bottled water and other canned goods today just in case the hurricane does hit. And now since CalGal mentioned it I'm also paranoid about the tall trees in my back yard. I've also got to get my peppers off the plant before they blow away. smile.gif
Well, gotta get to my meeting.

HI everyone
Just a really quick update.
Firsty on the eye. Well it turns out it has been a leaking blood vessel this time round and they did a laser treatment of sorts on it today and I am meant to stay inside for the next 5 days. UGH
ON the TTC front/ Well we left the drs office last night with him planning on talking to an RE today and maybe seeing the RE in a months time. I get a call from the Dr himself tthis morning and I have an appointment this FRIDAy at 3pm. Talk about moving fast. My head has spun all day today.
Anyway my eye is sore - numbing drops and I don't want to strain it so I will write more tomorrow.

Hey, SurferGirl,
Nope. Didn't go to Berkeley. I'm "calgal" because I lived in Los Angeles from 1998-2001 (married and moved out there in 1998, moved back here in 2001), which is the time I joined these boards. smile.gif

hi guys. well, let me tell you about my life {like you really want to know}. we are helping my parents build a bedroom in their garage, so we can move into it in two weeks. this weekend, we were doing the insulation and drywall. (it was acutally pretty fun) so, saturday, when we did the insulation, i fell asleep about 5:30, feeling fine, just tired. when i woke about 7, i had chills, i was burning up, i was dizzy, blah blah blah. i figured, oh, im tired, i worked hard today, im dehydrated. so, dh and i come home, and im in bed ASLEEP by 9pm!!!! what? well, i slept, but kept waking up shivering, and sweating, and my head started hurting so bad, i could feel my brain move around. graemlins/ugh.gif so, once again, sunday i was in bed asleep by 9 pm. and i have been feeling the same all week so far. af flew in and flew out so fast, i hardly noticed her, except the debilitating cramps, and the fact that i thought i was gonna bleed to death (af is usually very light, this time, very heavy, and only three days). i guess ill survive, though. i used the bad cramps to practice relaxing, b/c when i have a kid, i dont want to use meds, and my mom said that is the best way. hmmm....i think im gonna go lay down, cuz i have to pack and stuff...i HATE packing. i havent even started yet, and we are gonna start moving our stuff next week!!! ok, bye bye!!!! baby dust!

April - it was great that you posted the infertility website, it makes very interesting reading, and also gives ideas on how to handle questions.
I know we have only been trying for a few cycles, but I have had the comments for years (ever since we bought a house and a bigger car). Earlier the comments didn't bother us, but now they do. Especially DH gets very insensitive comments in the lines of "well you are so handy with repairing engines etc, but can't seem to figure out how to make a baby"!
Elmirady - oh... I am so sorry to hear about your crappy Monday! **{hugs}}
Calgal, Surfergirl and others who may be on it's route - I hope the hurricane(s) passes far from you, and does little damage. We don't get any news about hurricanes in America unless sometimes when they do major damage, so I had no idea one was on it's way.
Shellys - congratulations on the house!!! :) How come you decided on it, any special "features"? And good luck testing tomorrow.
Fiona - alhough I'm sorry to hear your're stuck inside for five days, I am also happy to hear they found the cause and have fixed it! Good luck with the RE-appointment on Friday. Hopefully you'll get some answers soon.
Dune - ouch on the sickness, do you think it was because of fumes from the building-stuff? So you'll be moving in two weeks, how are your quarters coming along, will it be nice? How nice that you will be able to save money for studies and the future.

Hi girls,
Sorry I was MIA yesterday. Some days, the new job REALLY keeps me on my toes. At least I will begin interviewing next week for my old position, so by sometime in November, we should finally be full-staffed again (things move slowly in the academic world, if you couldn't have guessed how long it took ME to get my promotion!!)
AF is actually not staying for a whole week this time, yeah!!!! She's pretty much gone. So, I just need to wait about 4-5 days before the BDfest can begin! And it will be a BDfest. We plan to "fest" well-before and well-after that little blue line shows up on the OPK. I know that this doesn't mean for sure that well get pg or anything this month, but honestly, in the past few months, the attempts have been kind of half-hearted (with waiting for the job and then the surgery, I think in the back of my mind I wasn't totally ready). But now, I AM TOTALLY READY!!!! graemlins/crazy.gif
I am behind on my personals, so I will try to catch up here.
calgal ~ Hello and welcome!! I think I remember you from the T20s boards! We're TTC for our first (and only!!) baby. I'm approaching 30 and my DH is 32 (will be 33 in Dec), so I feel like we're "kindred-TTC-spirits" ;) It is great to have people to talk to about TTC. I just kind of told my mom (in a fight, actually, because she keeps telling me all about how wonderful my 18 year old cousin's baby is and I told her to cut it out because it bothers me to hear about her, and then when she asked why, I had to tell her) but I really don't want people to know so that I don't have to field that annoying "are you pg yet?" question (especially from my mother, but now that plan is ruined  ) But I think I have done a terrible job with my secret, because I have been talking WAY too much about babies, so I'm sure NO ONE will be surprised when it happens!! Like you, DH and I have been married a while (7 yrs for us), and said we wanted to be married a few years first, too. Well, the expiration on a "few years" must be up, because now we're starting to get those comments now a lot. And I hope you stay safe during the hurricane. Western and Central NY are supposed to get the remants of Isabel on Friday.
april ~ How are you doing on the 2ww??? When do you test?? And thanks for the link to the website. It was very, very helpful, especially responses to annoying questions.
shellys ~ CONGRATS ON THE HOUSE!!!! Do tell, what are the details??? I am sure that you will sell yours quickly - my aunt is in real estate and the market is HOT!! (the poor woman practically works around the clock!!) First a new house, what's next, a new baby, maybe... Those AF sxs might be early pg sxs... Did you test?? (It might be too early, but you know that has never stopped me!!!!) Hope you're OK during the hurricane, too.
Fiona ~ Hello! How has the time been with your dad??? You must be so happy he is here with you!!! And your new job is keeping you busy too?? I hear you there!! Seems like the witch is bring cramps to EVERYONE this month. Maybe that is her way to get us all used to contractions!! (wishful thinking, right?) I hope your eye is feeling better. And I hope the visit to the RE Friday is very productive.
June ~ I am happy you are feeling better. Sorry AF showed up. And I am sorry about the insensitive comments you are getting about TTC. However, to make you laugh, NO ONE would ever say
well you are so handy with repairing engines etc, but can't seem to figure out how to make a baby" My DH can't fix ANYTHING!!! He said that his dad taught him everything he needs to know to repair anything...pick up the yellow pages and call someone!! BUT, if you need someone for DEstruction, he's your guy!!
Elmirady ~ Awwww, honey, here are some ******{hugs}}}} for your bad Monday. Mondays just do suck sometimes, don't they?? Have your stolen items been found or replaced (maybe you'll get an even better laptop out of it???) And did you test again? Maybe it was too early???
SurferFirl ~ How are you doing preparing for the hurricane??? I hope you come out of it OK.
Dune ~ I hope you are feeling better!!!! Maybe the fumes got to you (do insulation and drywall even HAVE fumes???) Yeah, like i said above, AF was particularly b*tchy this month and brought us all wicked cramps. But I agree with you, just practice contractions is what they are!!
Whew, did I miss anyone?? I hope not!! Now, girls, let's try for some June babies and go invade that Preggie Thread (they're all about to leave soon, and who will be left there to chat????) Babydust and Odust to everyone!!!!!

Hi all. I'm still waiting somewhat patiently. I think the earliest I could test would be a week from today. I'm 8 dpo according to the Chart (http://circles2.fertilityfriend.com/home/2e5d6) . I tried to pick up a copy of TCOYF at the library, but the only copy they have is missing. Guess I'll have to buy it at a bookstore. Do the temps need to stay above the coverline for pg?
Shellys~Congratulations on your new home! Is it in the same area?
Fiona~I'm glad they discovered the problem with your eye. How did the appointment with the RE go? Is your dad still in town?
Dune~I'm sorry to hear you aren't feeling well. Good luck with the move.
June~How awful of someone to say that to dh. It's a shame people aren't more sensitive to other people's struggles. I'm sorry to hear af showed. I had really thought this was your month.
Elmirady~Did you get the computers replaced? Any further testing?
Jenn~Enjoy the BD fest! If this month isn't the one, we have a plan similar to yours for next month. ;)

OK this is going to be quick and I will do personnals later- I just had to share this FUNNY story!
Last night I took an HPT from early-preg.-tests.com I KNOW it says only 5 min. then throw away if its negative but I found my self starring at the BFN for awhile- sadly I tossed in the garbage. About 2 hrs later I look down and see its got a pretty 2 lines on it and I grab it out of the pail! I started thinking maybe I am pregnant!! So right away I take another tests and sure enough 2 hrs later a dark pink line appears again. (Ive never used these before and on store brands there arent any evap. lines -ive checked soo many times even days later and no second line!) So I ask DH thats right DH to pee in a cup for me( lied and told him it was for an OPK test!) well turns out either DH and I BOTH pregnant or You really shouldnt read results on the tests after the 5 minutes they say to!!! DH GOT a BFP so Im not going to be using them anymore!! I KNow I should have followed the directions but Ive never been one to follow the rules on anything LOL graemlins/crazy.gif ;) I hope you guys enjoyed my funny story!! I tested with EPT brand and got a nice ole BFN this morning! I guess its Back to the drawing board right?

Sorry I have been MIA. It has been tough dealing with the male factor infertility issue. I am also taking Provera which always makes me a crazy woman.
I have been researching IVF and I know that now the best thing I can do is get to 135lbs to have the best results. I can do this!! I will do this!!!
Shelly: Great news about the house. DH and I just moved in our new house in Dec (time flys) I am crossing my fingers for you (Baby dust:)
Fiona- WOW that was fast to get into the RE. Good luck! And I will pray for your eye.
Calgal- Welcome!! Do you chart? www.fertilityfriend.com (http://www.fertilityfriend.com) has a great charting system.
Jen- Sorry about your bad AF. But I bet you had a great time with the babies. I just found out last night a friend of mine is having #3 smile.gif
Elmirady- sorry about the crappy day!!
I hope everyone stays safe with the huricanne. We were really worried (live on east coast of FL) but I hate that it is going anywhere...

shelly's~~~~ THAT WAS HLARIOUS but I actually thought of the same thing when I was getting my BFP's!!! Wondering what dh's pee would test
I didn't think any one else thought that way. AS I was reading I was hoping for you that you were correct and that it was really posutive. Both my tests were a no name type- 2 for $5 and the first few changed to a + in the garbage after an initial negative as well.
I ended up waiting 2 days and testing one more time and it was positive. I gues I didn't have enough of the hormone in my pee to detect it- or it was confused???. Perhaps try in a few days.
Then again that doesn't explain dh's BFP...
hehehe
Have a great day you guys.

Hi everyone
Well I have been busy the past few days. What between technically working two jobs and going to endless doctors appointments I haven't known whether I have been coming or going. And add on top of that my dad being in town. Well lets just say that life has been a little crazy for me.
We have the RE appointment coming up on Friday. I got all the pre paper work from them yesterday with endless questions. Luckily I knew most of the answers to the family background. I will update you over the weekend as to how it went.
I don't have a lot of time.
Dune: I will pray for your aunt and hope she ends up like my mum. A success and surviour 7 years on.

Good afternoon ladies! All is well here. No AF yet and I haven't even tested again! How odd is that one!
Shellys - I was laughing out loud at my desk at work when I read your DH had a BFP!!! Test again in a few days if the ole witch doesn't show.
Dune - Your aunt and your family are in my thoughts and prayers. There are so many new and innovative cancer treatments out there, chin up my dear, she will be just fine! My father (as you may already know) has Multiple Myeloma a rarer form of bone marrow cancer and he is now in total remission!
Fiona - Hope things calm down for you soon. Yes, please update us after the RE appt!
MrsA925 - How are you doing today?
April - When can you test?
Jenn - Have fun with the BD Fest. Practice makes perfect!

Jenn - [smiles] about being handy vs. not being able to fix things. Actually I loke to think I'm pretty handy myself, after all I canhonestly say I've built a 12-room house from scratch! Ok, so it's a dollshouse, but still, I did all the siding, clapboards, shingles, wallpapering, wiring etc... ;)
April - from what I understand from reading TCOYF, the temperatures should stay above the coverline in the luteal phase, and pregnancy too. It is a very interesting book, I'm glad I got it, I purchased mine from Amazon (uk). Good luck in your 2ww.
Shellys - oh, what an experience with the tests showing another line after some time! What an emotional rollercoaster it must have been, but funny now too... Maybe we are doing this all wrong - it's the guys who sould do the testing?! ;)
Fiona - your life sure is busy now, hang in there! Hopefully you'll have time to catch your breath before the RE appointment, so you'll have all the questions/thoughts outlined.
Elmirady - ohhh.... I really really wish you the best of luck with testing!
I just told DH that if it starts looking as if I'll O during next week, he'll have to drive home (he will be on a business trip some 300miles away all of next week) for some BD a few nights!! ;) Looks as if this cycle is one without a chance if I O during the week.... even when I told him I'd meet him halfway, he didn't sound too excited - I wonder why?! Poor guy... LOL
Well, I'm off to have my second cup of green tea (yuck!) for today and go get some sleep.

Elmirady- This could very well be it- TEST!
Jenn- I dont like your new job- it takes you away from us too much!LOL
Dune- Im so sorry Sweetie about you Aunt. I will say aprayer for her.
June- Im sorry the witch showed up. I hear you on the bigger car and house thing we get those comments all the time!! My new house is not my dream house by any means. BUT its in the neighborhood we love and very rarely does anything become avaible or ones we can afford. The housing market here on LI is outta control. Its a nice house and we will probably be there for many yrs to come. I can picture the kids running around our yard!WE bought this house 4 yrs ago and it is going to sell for almost double what we paid for it!!! Its crazy!! WE paid 170,000 and its selling for 350,000!!!
Ginny- so its IVF?? Friends of ours went this route after TTC for over 2 yrs. They now have a beautiful little girl. Im sure you will get your weight down!!
April- you sound like a good candiate for a BFP this cycle!! Im glad I was here to amuse you with my story!LOL
Lisa(32lbs and counting)- Im glad you enjoyed it! Im feeling like AF is knocking on my door though!
Fiona- whens your next DR appt? Hows the eye feeling?? I bet you'll be pregnant in no time flat with an RE!
Well I hope everyone is safe during these bad storms. We live on the Bay so IM praying that we dont flood esp. because we want to sell the house!!! Today I am 11 dpo and in 4 lousy days AF will be here! Im begining to despise that witch!

What a great, warm welcome! Thanks, ladies!
Well, I managed to be out of town for Isabel, but DH tells me everything is mainly ok where we live. The winds kicked up enough to knock down a tree in an adjacent lot - which, of course, hit our house. No major structural damage, DH thinks, altho some screens were broken. Total bummer becuase it's a brand new house that we had built and moved into in January, but the important thing is that everyone's okay. And, as he says, one of these days we'll get power back (yep - it's out).
Oh well. Even though I was out of town, AF managed to find me. So, I guess I'll be hanging out here for at least another month.
I'm out of town on business so gotta run, but wanted to give a great big THANKS to everyone for the warm welcome.

Hello girls!
How are you all coping with the hurricane? Is everyone OK?? It's a "beautiful" Friday morning here (NOT!). Actually, the storm is passing a little west of us, so it's not nearly going to be as bad as was predicted. The weather was goofy this morning, it's windy, was rainy, then the sky got this funky yellow glow, and then I saw a "double rainbow" (2 rainbows in the sky at the same time). How cool is that?
Still lots of work to do, but I am not allowing myself to get too stressed out about it. It will be time for the BDfest soon, and I don't want to mess it up with stress!!!
I just found out that ANOTHER person I know, his wife is expecting, she's 4 months along. Talk about a baby-fest hovering around me lately.
I got some bad news, unfortunately. My mom's good friend has been diagnosed with a brain tumor yesterday afternoon, and she's just about to go into surgery in the next half-hour (at 10am). Please keep her in your thoughts and prayers. She's only about 55, and her husband is in remission at the moment from Hodgkin's. My mom is a wreck, and she needs some good news, so hopefully I can give her some soon.
april ~ How's it going? Don't rule out your chances until the witch actually shows up!!! So, 11 days dpo, you COULD test . . .
Elmirady ~ DID YOU TEST AGAIN???? You were late for AF - did you get a BFP yet or did that nasty ol' witch come (I'm forcibly holding her back from coming your way!!!!) BABYDUST to you!!
shellys ~ Awwwww, I feel so loved, most people would be HAPPY to get rid of me for a while ;) I nearly fell on the floor laughing at your story!!! So, how is the "expectant daddy" doing?? ;) Your new house is great, I'm sure. And OMG on the housing prices in LI!!!! My friend who grew up there but now lives in Buffalo built a house here, about $225,000 (which is EXPENSIVE here!!) said that his house, on an acre and a half, would be near a MILLION DOLLARS there!!! So YEA!!!! that you're going to make such a nice profit on the sale of your old house!!!!
Ginny ~ Sorry I missed you on the personals last time!!!!! Good luck with the IVF!!! And I'm sure you'll do an awesome job with the weight loss to go with that (you are in the right place -- BCB -- to lose the weight!!!)
Dune ~ I am so sorry to hear about your aunt. My thoughts and prayers are with her. I am sure she will pull through and do just fine!!! And I'm happy to hear that your DH's broken wrist is healing nicely!!!
Lisa ~ Nice to see you check in!!! You're very, very close now to having your baby, aren't you!!! Send us all some of your magical babydust, won't you please!!!!!!
Fiona ~ Whoa, you sound SUPER busy!! Hope all goes well at your RE appt today!!!!!
June ~ A guy who won't drive 300 miles for a romp!!! Tell him if he won't oblige you, you'll have to go elsewhere ;) (You know I'm kidding, of course!!! I totally understand the schedules not working out thing).
OK, I've been trying to write this message for an HOUR, so I think I better go. Babydust and Odust to all!!

***EDIT*** See, it took me so long to write this novel, that calgal snuck in!! So here is her personal:
Calgal ~ I'm happy to hear everything is OK, basically, after the storm, but I'm sorry to hear about the damage to your house. DH and I built a new home 2 years ago, too, and I'd be freaking out if something happened to it!!! And sorry AF found you. The bright side is you get to spend another month getting to know us!!! (is that good or bad??? ;) )

Good morning ladies. Well, no need to test again as AF had just flown in on her darn broomstick. You'd think with all this wind she wouldn't be able to land, but alas, she has. :( Oh well, onto a new cycle for me!
Gotta get back to work, so no time for personals yet, I'll try to get back in later on!
Baby and "O" Dust to all, as I definitely have some to spare now! Have a great day. Hope everyone is safe and sound!

HI
Well I had my appointment with the RE this afternoon. Boy it was a change to go to a drs office and not have to wait forever and a day to see them. PLus the couches in the waiting room were comfortable as well.
We talked a little about what our problem was and what had been tried up until now. He then did an exam and we went and talked about options.
At them moment he has me scheduled for a HSG and Ultrasound for necxt wednesday morning at 7:30am. The uyltrasound is to check on folicles. He might even do some form of injection on thursday and an initial IUI next week maybe. Ok so are we still moving fast here. If not he wants to think about a round of clomid with an IUI and if that doesn't work injectibles with an IUI.
Oh and get this he was saying that by looking at my insurance plan they cover the HSG as diagnostic and they cover injectibles and IUi's. But I need to check on that on Monday. It would be way cool if it was covered.
I was most impressed but still dazzled at the speed at which this is moving. Apoparently only veruy few patients get seen this quickly - he has a waitiing list of nine months but he does take on special cases and I am considered to be one of those with my other medical condfitions.
I will try and get on with personals tomorrow.
Fiona:)

thanks Jenn!!! I am always here seeing if there are any new recruites ( sp).
I keep thinking that you or Fiona HAVE to get that BFP one of these days!
You can have ALL my baby duest as I won't be needing it any longer. I feel very fortunate to get preg when we decide. I wish YOU all could be like that.
I have so few days left being due on the 8th.
I went into labour last Sat afternoon but they stopped....wish they would have kept coming as I am huge and would welcome this baby out about now.
take care- I always check the thread each day
Lisa
