Good morning girls!!

So, do we have any confirmation of all the suspected good news from last week's thread?????? I hope so!!

It was an AWESOME weekend, especially Sunday for me, because my Buffalo Bills kicked Patriots butt!!! I had our favorite football buddies over and it was a blast. Super bowl here we come (and this time we're going to WIN!!!!)

Also, DH and I went out with (other) friends on Fri nite, and they told us that they were EXPECTING!!! Again, I was SO happy for them, but felt a little twinge of jealousy. But, boy, I cannot WAIT for the witch to come so I can get on to the next cycle and start TTC up a storm graemlins/crazy.gif graemlins/crazy.gif Also, I hope my theory of things happning in 3s pans out, I have 3 scenarios for that to be true:
SCENARIO 1: 1) my co-worker is PG, 2) my friend is PG, so 3) maybe I'm next??
SCENARIO 2: 1) one cousin had a baby, 2) another cousin had a baby, so 3) maybe I'm next??
SCENARIO 3: 1) my surgery is over, 2) I got the job, so 3) I'll get PG??

I'm trying not to stress about it too much, and I don't want to set myself up for MAJOR disappointment if it doesn't happen this upcoming month. But I really, really want it to.... (here is where I start having my only-child temper tamtrum!!!!! graemlins/sobbing.gif graemlins/crazy.gif tongue.gif )

OK, enough of that!! I hope we start seeing some BFP this week!!! Babydust to all!!!!! jenn smile.gif

GOOD MORNING LADIES!!!

So this morning I stepped on the scale to see how I did over the weekend and I was more than 2lbs over what I was at the last weigh-in (2 weeks ago) . I was planning on starting a new interval training exercise class today at the YMCA and I thought that a 2lb gain was strange and since no AF since July...just maybe  I should take yet another hpt before I sign up for this high intensity class.

Well, I didn't even have to wait 3 minutes to see that 2nd line!!! graemlins/crazy.gif

I have an appointment with my dr. later this morning to confirm it. graemlins/crazy.gif

I'll let you all know the results this afternoon.

Hbatc- Congratulations!!!! :D

Jenn- hey sounds like your theroies can only be proven right ;) I cant believe that NEXT month Kel is going to have her baby!!HELLOO 8 months have gone by!!! You HAVE to be our next grad!!!

Whats new with everyone else??? Nothing here at all!! My temp rose today but Im not getting too excited that it was "O" and thinking it was high cause I woke up hot. I am praying that it was "O" though!!!

WOOHOO Hbatc!!!!!!!!!! graemlins/crazy.gif Looks like the good news is starting to roll in!!!!

Shellys ~ I totally CANNOT believe that Kel is having her baby next month, totally unbelievable  I thought we might be able to keep her company over there, but I think she made some great, new friends!! And thanks for the kind words, but I hope we BOTH graduate next month!! Positive O-vibes to you!! (and, hey, you might graduate first, MY AF isn't expect to show for about another WEEK!!!! So Oing isn't for another 3 weeks!!!!)

Hbatc~A BIG congratulations!!!

Jenn~I think you've got a lot of chances for that lucky three in three scenarios. Sounds like we already have one BFP this week, so you're on the right track. ;)

Shellys~Hope it was O for you. Since I'm new to this, how much of a temp increase do you get when you O? I've been using the fertility friend, but since it's my first month it won't let me share the chart. I really need to check out that book from the library.

Elmirady & June~Any testing yet???

Hope everyone else is doing well.

HI everyone

Happy Monday too you all.

HBATC - CONGRATULATIONS Hope you have a wonderful pregnancy.

Jenn: I though of you when they were talking about the Bills winning on the news last night. And I like your things happening in threes. I am due for a third good thing coming up this month. Already had my two.

Shelly: How are you going with the meds? Are they still causing problems. And I hope you O soon.

April: How are you going?

As for me - well my temps have been up down a lot this weekend. I don't know what to think about this month so I am just being good and patient about it all. If it happens it happens and if it doesn't well there is always next month.

Hbatc - CONGRATULATIONS! Whoohooo we finally have a graduate! I am so excited for you!

Jenn - I believe that good things come in 3s as well, so here's to AF flying in and out real quick so you can get to the BD fest! graemlins/crazy.gif

Shellys - Hopefully you "O'd"! How are the side effects? Have they subsided at all?

Fiona - I don't know how you can be so darn patient! I am so NOT!

April - Nope haven't tested yet. Can't decide when to do it. Also, need to buy a test or ten or twelve! ;) LOL!

Well, not much new going on here. I'm just trying to wait ample time to test. Don't want the BFN because I tested too early. No new symptoms to report, except extremely tired. I'll let ya all know as soon as I do, probably before DH, LOL! Have a great day!

Yeay Hbatc!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Good luck on a happy, healthy pregnancy (not so bad, you didn't really know you were pg for almost 2 months!!!) OK, you're the first "domino" to go down, hopefully the rest of us will come crashing down in the next month!!!!!

Elmirady ~ So when will you be able to test, reliably? Babydust to you!!

Fiona ~ You totally deserve your "3" good things, so my fingers are crossed for you, too!!!

April ~ I still haven't gotten around to temping, I keep thinking, hopefully there won't BE a next month to start...so good luck to you as you chart!!

Hi to Dune, SurferGirl, June, and anyone else I might be missing in the brain freeze I'm having at the moment. Guess that means I should go home now!!

wow, what an exciting weekend for so many of you! dh's birthday was yesterday, and the cake didnt like me (or, i have REALLY EARLY am sickness). i was uh, praying to the porcelain goddess at 2 this morning, and i have been SUPER BI!!@-y lately (and, we havent been taking steps to prevent anything happening). i think i just didnt like all the fat that i ate yesterday. im not used to it. i still feel nasty, like all i want to do is stay in bed (which i did for most of the day), and dinner cooking, chicken and rice soup, the smell is making me sick. oh, well.
congrats to hbatc~!!! how exciting!!! now, all the rest of you, follow the leader!!! lol. baby and o dust (cuz i cant concentrate for personals tonight, im soo sorry!!! graemlins/sobbing.gif )

Dune- Im sorry your not feeling well- I can def. relate with my meds!

Elmirady- so what day are you testing?? I cant wait to come here to see your BFP!!!

Fiona- when does the new job begin?? Hows that chart lookin??

April- FF should let you show your chart. Just go to your home page and copy down your address and post it here(If you want to!) For my body I usually ovulate then a slow rise. then the next day it will rise alittle higher. I will post my chart next so you can see it!

Thanks for asking buddies about me! My side effects graemlins/ugh.gif :( is about how thats going! I cant seem to get my dosage to where it needs to be I get VERY sick!
Today I had an "eye" episode - its been like 4 yrs since my cornea transplants and it never occured to me that I could have some problems. I was getting into my car and BAM pain and buring in my left eye like someone poured crazy glue and peper into it! graemlins/sobbing.gif I was hysterical to say the least. DH ran me to the DR and they are not sure what caused it but it possibly was a broken blood vessel behind my eye so I was glad it wasnt my cornea but man Im still in so much pain and my vision isnt back to normal just yet graemlins/ugh.gif . I feel like the walking wounded the past few weeks! I need a BFP so I can have something positive to post about ;) :D graemlins/clown.gif

Hi everyone

Well its a beautiful day here today. And it is meant to be like that for the rest of the week through monday. Yeah I love nice weekends.

I started my new job yesterday afternoon. It certainly is going to keep me busy the three hours yesterday flew by.

Shelly: Sorry to hear about your eye. I truly can say I understand how it is. Are the Dr's certain about it being a leaking vessel and are they treating it? You were asking about my chart so here it is My Chart (http://www.FertilityFriend.com/home/18472) I don't know what to think.

Jenn: Hows the weather out that way. We are heading to NF the last weekend in september for our postponed trip. I am looking forward to it. Also how is your new job going?

June: Fingers crossed that FAF doesn't show for you and you get to test.

Dune: Sorry that you don't feel well. Did your DH have a great Birthday?

Well baby dust to all.

Hi there, well nothing to report here. I'm still waiting to see if AF will show, she's due on Thursday or Friday... My temperatures are still fairly high, IMHO I can see a "third level"... I hope to be testing on Saturday or Sunday... But trying not to get my hopes up.

I don't have any tome for personals right now, I must be leaving for work, I'll be back later.

Take care!

Hi everyone. Thank you to those of you charting for sharing your charts. I still feel pretty darn confused about the whole thing, but here's my chart April's Chart (http://circles2.fertilityfriend.com/home/2e5d6)

The OPK showed a slightly lighter line this morning, so I'm hoping that I'll O by the end of this week.

Shellys~Hope you O soon. Thanks for explaining how to get it to produce a web page. I seem to be pretty slow at all of this. ;)

Fiona~I'm glad your new job is going so well.

Dune~Sorry to hear you're not feeling well. Hope you feel better soon.

June~I'm hoping af stays away. Let us know if you test.

Elmirady~Can you tell we're all anxious for you? Much baby dust to you.

Jenn & everyone else~Hope you're all having a great week.

thanks all, for your well-wishes. i feel a little better today, though af showed up like four days early. wasnt expecting till sat or sun. oh, well, now she will be gone by the weekend. yay!!! and now, i am considering myself in the home stretch. we are gonna start ttc in jan or feb, and we havent been exactly careful since our little scare. well, starting now, we have to be more careful again till we actually start ttc, cuz i dont want my due date to be in june, july, august or september. so this was our last chance to accidentally get pg. ok, ill try to do personals later. graemlins/wave.gif baby dust and o dust!

Good morning ladies! All is well here. I don't think I can accurately test for yet another week, but you all know that I will test way before that! ;) We'll have to wait and see together! I am not stressing the least bit about it this time around for some reason....maybe it's Fiona's patience rubbing off on me! Don't have too much time, so I'll try to come back and do personals later on. Baby and "O" Dust to all!

Hi girls,

A quick check-in for me too, I got a bunch of stuff this morning, so hopefully I can get back on later today for personals. The new job is keeping me busy, but as soon as I can hire someone to replace my old position, I won't be running around like a chicken with my head cut off all the time graemlins/crazy.gif And I will have less stress which will help TTC immensely...

So, happy to hear everyone is good, will address everyone personally later on.

Hi Ladies

Sorry I have been MIA. I had my appt with the RE on Thursday. He was a huge jerk! I swore I would never go back but then we got DH ***** anyl. results back and they were just awful. It should be 20mil his was .3!!!!!!!!!!

Needless to say I am bummed.. he is bummed. We have a meeting with a urologist set for Oct. 16.

Now let me give you a little taste of the RE's manners...

"How much do you weigh? (I tell him) "How tall are you?" (I tell him) How much should you weigh? (again I tell him) and now he says "you have some work to do".... WTF!!! I know I have some work to do buddy and I am trying. He has decided I should eat no bread pasta or any carbs.

Well great I can't even finish this post (work is calling smile.gif

Write more later.. Good luck everyone!!

OH Ginny-Im sorry that he was an a*$!! Im sorry about DH's S/A but at least now you can correct the problems.

April- your temp took a nice high rise. It looks possible that you "O"ed yesterday!!! If you have 3 temps that stay as high or go higher the next 3 days then it can be confirmed ovulation graemlins/thumbup.gif

Jenn- you sound busy!

Fiona- where are ya?

Elmirady- I cant wait for you to post that BFP!!!

Hi my friends, well I don't know what to believe. Yesterday I had already given up hope, and fully expected AF to arrive today because my temperatures had been dropping the past two days. But today the temperature is up again!!! And the microscope showed partial ferning last night and this morning, which according to some websites I've found can indicate that implantation has occurred?! So I don't know what to think, especially since yesterday I had already given up hope for this cycle. And today's high can be just an outlying temperature (trying not to get my hopes up here!). I wish it was tomorrow already, so I can have tomorrows' temperature or know if AF showed today! ;)

I'll let you know if anything happens. I'm so wanting to test today, but I've promised myself to not waste tests, and instead wait at least until AF is 2-3 days late. So if AF doesn't show, I'll test on Sunday - or maybe Saturday.... or....

Elmirady - so what's up, have you tested yet?

Fiona - I'm joining in, my fingers are crossed for you! You do deserve the three good things!

Jenn - I firmly believe good things happen in threes, and you're up for one by all different ways of counting too!

Shellys - how are you feeling, have you found the right dosage yet and have the side-effects eased off? I am really hoping things will ease up soon for you. How scary the eye-episode sounds, but I'm taking it it's all passed now? Best wishes to you, sweetie.

Dune - I hope you are feeling better now. I know my system reacts to fat, I guess it's too much of a difference to the regular diet. Actually my nutritionist told me I get *too little* fat in my diet, and that was apparently very rare. But I haven't been able to add fat, I'm so used to eating the low fat/ fat free stuff, I can't bring myself to eat fatty things. Although I guess I should, some of our local experts say certain oils and vitamin E are useful when TTC.

Oh, did you all hear that our foreign minister (kind of like a senator?) got stabbed yesterday in a department store in Stockholm, she's in critical condition. The politicians are thinking of maybe cancelling an election planned to be held on Sunday. People are stunned that something like this would happen in Sweden.

I guess I'd better get back to work, I must finish writing a writ of summons.

Babydust to you,
June

Hi girls!

Another beautiful weather day here in Buffalo. If only the Weather Channel would report that we've had almost a straight week of PERFECT weather!! Nope, you'll only see us with a foot (or 7  ) of snow on the ground!

Hope this is not TMI, but I just have to share. I can't wait for AF to show, because of my theory of 3s discussed earlier. But this month has been good, shall I say "classic" for me, the way I was before I went off the pill. PMS-y about 2.5-3 weeks into my cycle, bloaty a few days before (I suspect I'll get AF maybe Sunday). And, as a bonus (because it obviously wasn't like this on the pill), VERY fertile CM mid-month (unfortunately, I couldn't take advantage of that this month  ) So I hope the witch flies in and out, and that I go back to having normal-symptom cycles (well, only 1 cycle, if you please!!).

That's all from me. Now, on to personals.

shellys ~ I'm so sorry that you've been having problems with your eye!! And that your temps are all over the place!!! You deserve a break and I hope you get one soon!!!

June ~ I've still got my fingers crossed for you... And that is terrible about your foreign minister. When something terrible happens that you think could never happen in your country, it shakes you. Today is a day in the USA that is a very painful reminder of that fact. My thoughts are with your country today!

Fiona ~ I'm so happy that the new job is going well!! And yes, we've had the same beautiful weather you're having. If we could only bottle this for mid-January... Late-Sept is probably better to come to NF, maybe this time we can meet up (maybe at the Gap outlet, baby section)!

april ~ Sorry the charting is so confusing. That's what I keep procrastinating about doing it! Hopefully, it will all be worth it soon!!!

Dune ~ Sorry about your meeting with the porcelain goddess! At least you're not left in limbo about what it was about (because AF showed up). Now that you have to be "careful" you can take that time to read up on TTC, babies, and the like!!!

Elmirady ~ SO, anything yet... I'm DYING to know!!!!!!!!

Ginny ~ Aw, ****{hugs}}} to you. Your doctor sucks, and I'd tell him so. What an A-hole. And I am also sorry about the results. There is stuff medically that can be done to increase the count, right?

SurferGirl ~ what's up?

I hope I didn't miss anyone!! Babydust and Odust to all!! One BFP down, maybe another one today?????

Good morning ladies. I have not yet tested and I do not have any HPTs to use in my house right now. I will go out this weekend and buy a 2-pack and will probably test on Sunday. Really I think AF is due next Tuesday, so maybe I'll wait....nahhh who am I kidding? :D

Shelly - How is your eye? How are the side effects? Just look at the side effects as one of the stepping stones to becoming preggo!

Ginny - What a jerk that RE is! I would not have been able to hold back a sarcastic remark or two! Change Dr's that's what I did with DD's Dr....he wouldn't give DD antibiotics for a bladder infection because he said the "Catch" wasn't sterile and we had to wait til the lab confirmed it (which they did), even though the nurse told him she did it and it was. He was a jerk. I told the office manager that he better retire and that I was switching Drs and I did and I couldn't be happier.

June - My fingers are crossed that you (and I) will be our next graduates! Very sad to hear about your foreign minister...I read it on CNN.com.

Fiona/Jenn - graemlins/wave.gif How's that new job going?

April - How are you doing today?

Dune - Hope you're feeling better!

Baby and O Dust to all! Gotta get back to work! Have a great day!

Hi everyone. Thank you to everyone for helping me figure out this whole charting thing. According to the chart I haven't O'd yet, but the OPK's are no longer showing a line, so I'm guessing that maybe I did. DH & I have been working completely opposite shifts this month, so we only got in one bd during the possible right time. I'm still working two jobs to help us try to stay afloat (the cost of living is very high here), so that's made it extra difficult.

I'm really trying to stay positive about this whole process, but am feeling pretty down about the whole thing. It hasn't helped that I've actually started really working out & have gained five pounds in the process. I'm going over my journals to see if my eating has changed, but so far I can't find a pattern other than a major increase in activity.

I'm sorry to be such a downer when so many of you have such great news! Hopefully I'll be sharing good news sometime soon as well.

June, Elmirady, & Fiona~Hope you're all our next graduates! smile.gif

April- hey all it takes is one time!LOL

June- it sounds REALLY good -Like a BFP is coming your way!!!

Elmirady- ok you must be pregnant!LOL that you didnt run to CVS yet!!! Good Luck and I cant wait to read all the good news that is going to be flying around here in the next week!!!

Jenn- sounds to me like you had a "perfect" month now I bet your cycles will all be like this one!

Fiona, surfer girl, Ginny- I hope you are all doing well and have a great day!

My meds are still bothering me-I actually havent been able to take my full dosage yet But I think that it may have made me "O" about a week sooner than normal!!! My chart shows that I "O"ed on cd 15 which has never happended in my life before!! I am actually not telling DH that Im pretty sure I "O"ed for 2 reasons actually. 1. so he doesnt get exctied and 2. so we keep on BDing "just in case"!! I would LOVE to get my BFP and tell him cause he wouldnt even thought it was possible!

Hi everyone

Mind if I hijack this thread for my own selfish purpose for just a minute.

(Jumping up and down like a kid)

MY DAD'S HERE MY DAD'S HERE

Ok sorry for that interuption I will go back tobeing a grownup.

Well it is another beautiful day here. Hopefully it will last throughout the weekend and we will get to enjoy the weather. Its been an absolutely perfect week.

My new job is going well. But its been hard as I have been split between the two and will be like this for potentially another couple of weeks at least. They are looking to hire someone fairly quickly. But until they do I have to do both jobs.

Now if only I could work out how to deal with my Dh's ex (or alternatively make her permanently disappear - how far is it to the moon and can life be sustained there?) She is being an absolute cow at the moment and making life really difficult. I can only hope that the babies we are hopefully bringing into the world don't have to deal with the crap that happens when parents separate and divorce.

On another bad note - well my temp dropped significantly this morning so I would say AF is on her way. So onto a new cycle. BUt it means I O around the time that we are going away.

Anyway I don't have time for personals as I am off home to spend time with my Dad.

Have a great day.

Afternoon all. I'm back from Phoenix. It was hot. Very hot. The conference I went to was informative and spent a lot of time talking to coalition members. These conferences really energize people in the end-of-life care field. It's nice to see people that are dealing with the same stresses you are. It's like, we're not alone, ya know?

AF showed up while in Phoenix. I really don't like her visits while I travel. It's inconvenient to have to... well, it's just inconvenient. And don't feel bad. We're not really trying yet - not until December or January. I am going to start tracking my cycles tho - to make it easier when we do start.

Hbatc - Congratulations!! I knew that we'd have a graduate this month! And with June? I think we have two! (Fingers crossed!)

I'm so glad everyone is doing well. I wish I had time to write more, but I'm so behind in my work load that I have to quit procrastinating and get working. graemlins/crazy.gif Later.

Where is everyone today? Not much new going on here. I have to go to the store after work and I may break down and buy some HPTs. I'll post after I decide to take one. I have a birthday party to go to at 6pm, so I have to hurry up after work and head to the store. Maybe I'll test in the morning before DH gets home...if it's positive, I'll leave it out for him, if it's negative, I won't tell him anything! Although, he did ask me this morning, "isn't your friend here yet?" He cracks me up he knows my cycle so well.

Well, Baby and "O" Dust to all!

It is quiet today. I've been in meetings for most of it. We're taking 4 or 5 different websites and trying to make them into 1. The fun never ends....

We're thinking about going to the Renassaince Festival this weekend if it doesn't rain too hard. Please don't let it rain!

I'm also, surprise, going to horse show. I'm still looking for a horse and trying not to get discouraged. Instead I'm focusing my energies on work which is making me super productive. Scary.

Happy Friday!
