TLC crackers

I tried the Kashi TLC crackers and tey are good 2 pts for 15 crackers. I tried the honey sesame flavor. I got them at trader joe's.

My favorite TLC are the Natural Ranch and the honey sesame. I just love them. I take about five ove them and crush them on top of my salad for a little extra crunch

Natural Ranch is my fav. I keep a box at work for my sneak attach snacks. (You know the snacks you don't plan for but sneak up on you at your weakest moment.)

Jan--that's a great idea. I need to remember that.
I love the Original 7 Grain and the Honey Sesame. They have a cheese cracker now too. 3 points per serving I think. I don't eat them but I give them to my kids now instead of goldfish crackers. Trying to weed out all those trans fats...

Kashi really does make great stuff. I like all the TLC crackers too.

They do fill the need when I have a snack attack.

I too love the TLC's! The Original 7 Grain reminds me of Wheat thins, so I was hooked. Just found them on sale 2 for $3.00 and stocked up! I have also been eatting Skinny Chips 1 cup = 1 point!
