Just found this today. Musselman's Lite Applesauce with Splenda only 50 calories, 0 fat, 2 fiber for 1 point per 4 oz. serving. Tastes just as good as the regular sweetened applesauce - no after taste graemlins/thumbup.gif I can still have my pork chop and applesauce after all :D

I saw in this months WW magazine that they also do other fruits besides apples, I thought I saw cherries on there! I hope their stats are as good as the apple stats.

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the cinoman applesauce by Musslemans. It is only one point too. I eat at LEAST one a day. But I agree! Try the cinoman. amber

When I got some applesauce I thought it tasted like plastic. I did buy the little cups, not a jar. My regular Giant Eagle brand cin. applesauce is only 1 point per plastic cup. No artifical sweetners. Yum. It's usually how I get most of my fruit smile.gif
