3 Tbls dry makes quite a bowlful (large serving) and its 2 points for the maple/brown sugar.

add in a few raisins and a lil sugar and its about 2.5points.

I like Malt-o-Meal too!! Yes, it is very similar to Cream of Wheat. The only downside is that there is no "instant" version in packets that are easy to carry long.

I absolutley LOVE Malt-o-Meal and so do my kids. BTW, they made a great line of cold bagged cereals as well that save A LOT of $$$ !!!
