Hi all,

Someone had recommended vitalady.com for ordering the DaVinci sugar free syrups. The bottles were slightly cheaper than at davincigourmet.com so I gave them a try. Wow, I had the worst experience with their customer service! :eek:

One of the bottles I ordered broke during shipment. They state right on their website that if something is damaged in shipment, simply to email them within 24 hours. Considering the breakage was due to their packaging (fairly flimsy box and not even labeled "Fragile"), I would think that they would at least send me a replacement bottle.

When I emailed them to let them know, they told me that I had to go through the claims at the Post Office because once the product left their hands, they were no longer responsible. I was pretty shocked, to say the least. I don't know about you all, but next time I'm going to pay slightly more so that at least if something is broken or missing, the company will at least work with me!

I've always order through Davinci (see link at the top of this page). I have never had any problems and have always gotten my orders remarkably fast and very well packed!

I'll remember that next time!! That's what I get for trying to save a couple of dollars. The worst part was that the price difference wasn't even that much. :(

I'm sticking with the original next time around.
