HUNGARIAN GOULASH

1 pound lean beef cut in 1/2" cubes
1 pound onion, sliced
cooking spray
1/2 to 1 tbsp Hungarian paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp marjoram
2 pinches caraway seeds (optional)
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 10 and 1/2 oz can fat-free beef broth
1/4 cup fat-free sour cream

Cook onion and meat in sprayed skillet until onion is limp and beef is browned. Add 1/4
cup water and the remaining ingredients except sour cream. Simmer 2 to 3 hours on top
of the stove until meat is tender. If the mixture becomes too dry, add more broth. Just
before serving, add sour cream. Serve over noodles.

I made this in a crockpot. You still have to brown the onions and meat in a skillet first and
then pour it in a crockpot with the rest of the ingredients and cook on low for about 4 hours.
Makes 4 servings; 5 points per serving without the noodles.
