This is a very filling dish but it is my low fat version. It is still quite hight in points but delicious. (You will need to calcule the points because it varies according to the brands you use and the type of cheese)

I get one medium baking potato person (225g = 2.5 points in the UK), half fat creme fraiche, small pot (1/5 UK point per table spoon), white mushroom or portabello mushroom, ground pepper, ground nutmeg, 1 glove garlic. Half fat cheese (14% fat)

Preheat oven to high.

I slice the potatoes and put them in a gratin dish. I cook the sliced mushroom with pepper and garlic in a pan and when they look cooked I add a small pot of half fat creme fraiche, the garlic, the nutmeg and the pepper. Cook for 5 minutes and then put on top of the sliced potatoes in the gratin dish, top with 14% fat cheddar (In the UK, I get the be good to yourself cheese but the WW cheese would do too)

I cook this in the oven untill the cheese top is golden brown and before serving I check that the potatoes are well cooked.

When I cooked this on sunday it came up to 7 points per person but the portions where big and I served this with a 0 point salad of roasted peppers with balsamic vinegar 0 point dressing.

Emjoy!
