This is a typical provencal dish (South Of France). It is served traditionally with meat but can be eaten on its own.
So easy to make!!!!
Cut Tomatoes in two halves at the horizontal, sprinckle the top of the tomatoes with bread crumbs, crushed garlic and pepper. Put in hot oven untill they are sizling. 1/2 points per tomatoes. You can also just add only the garlic and pepper, not the bread and then they are 0 points.
Also you can add some parsley ot other herbs according to your tastes.
Simple things like this can sometimes look amazing at a dinner party served as a side dish.
Enjoy!
