Originally this came from Cooking Light 15 minute 5 ingredient cookbook and it is called something like orange glazed salmon. However, I use it over any kind of fish, or chicken breast and it is probably good over beef.
After you have cooked whatever kind of meat you wish (about 4 servings) in a non stick skillet remove the meat and keep warm. Add to the skillet
3 Tablespoons Orange Juice
3 Tablespoons Lite Soy Sauce
Cook on med. high heat about 1 minute scraping bottom of skillet to deglaze. After 1 minute add 1/2 teaspoon of dark sesame oil.
Remove from heat and pour over meat. Serve immediately.
Just estimating I would say that this glaze would add no more than 1/2 a point to a serving of meat. This makes 4 servings.
