Use in place of Mayo on sandwiches. Could also be a dip.

1 c. non fat cottage cheese
1/4 c. light cream cheese, at room temp.
3/4 c. finely shredded carrots
3 slices lean cooked smoked ham finely diced (2 oz)
2 tabl. ch. fresh parsley
2 tabl. thing sliced green onion
1/2 tsp. dried whole basil, crumbled
1/2 tsp dried whole oregano, crumbled
1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
In a food processor or blender, blend cottage cheese for 30 seconds. Add cream cheese and process until smooth. Add remaining ingredients until smooth. Refrigerate
