Creamy Balsamic Ranch Dressing
Mix equal portions Light Ranch dressing (36 cals per Tbsp) with a good quality Balsamic Vinegar. Add just enough sugar substitute to take the "bite" off the vinegar. It should have just a hint of sweetness.

2 Tbsps. = 1 point

Friends and family love this recipe and always request I make it, they have no idea it was WWerized. In fact, it's now known as Yvonne's Gourmet Salad Dressing.

Just for fun, go to my Picture Trail album "Flowers in My Garden" to see the gourmet lettuce I'm using it on.

Bon Apetite!

Hey Laurdee,
I had been using Wish Bone Balsamic Vinaigrette. I was looking to make something tastier but could find nothing on the internet. Your recipe looks like a winner. I'll let you know when I try it.

I didn't want to mess with a more detailed dressing for my coleslaw, so I tried this. It was a hit and no trouble at all. Do you know if it stores, so we can have it handy?

Thanks for sharing,
Misty

The first time I made this I didn't think it was very good. Then I replaced my balsamic vinegar (I guess it was a little old!), and what do you know? It is quite good! Also helped when I mixed it with a whisk.

Found this while digging around in the archives and thought it sounded way too good not to bump it up!!
