I've modified a recipe I found in a magazine. It gets you 1/4 cup of bleu cheese dressing for 1 measly point!
2 cups nonfat plain yogurt
2 cups nonfat cottage cheese
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons fresh parsley (don't bother with dried; if you don't have fresh, skip it)
2 cups crumbled bleu cheese
Put all ingredients but the bleu cheese in a blender and process until it is smooth. Stir (DON'T BLEND) the cheese into the dressing. This stores well for about two weeks, but you may want to add some milk to it, as it thickens over time.
Points: 1.1 per quarter cup
Variation:
Use only 1 cup each of the yogurt and cottage cheese. Point value then rises to 1.33 per quarter cup, but you have a bleu cheesier dressing.
