I've modified a recipe I found in a magazine. It gets you 1/4 cup of bleu cheese dressing for 1 measly point!

2 cups nonfat plain yogurt
2 cups nonfat cottage cheese
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons fresh parsley (don't bother with dried; if you don't have fresh, skip it)
2 cups crumbled bleu cheese

Put all ingredients but the bleu cheese in a blender and process until it is smooth. Stir (DON'T BLEND) the cheese into the dressing. This stores well for about two weeks, but you may want to add some milk to it, as it thickens over time.

Points: 1.1 per quarter cup

Variation:
Use only 1 cup each of the yogurt and cottage cheese. Point value then rises to 1.33 per quarter cup, but you have a bleu cheesier dressing.

This sounds great. I love bleu cheese dressing. Has anyone tried it yet?

Ooooooh I adore bleu cheese. I'll definitely try this one. I also get a bleu cheese fix by going to a local specialty super market that has a really great cheese selection, pick out the stinkiest, strongest bleu cheese they've got and then cream it into a tub of no fat cream cheese. The strong flavor smooths out and the fat goes way down. The points depend on how much bleu chees you mix into how much no fat cream cheese. Yum!
