Three salad dressings:

Start with
1 cup nonfat cottage cheese
1/3 cup nonfat buttermilk

Place ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth and creamy. If thinner consistency is desired, add more buttermilk. Combine suggested ingredients below for desired variation. Cover and refrigerate


Blue Cheese Dressing:
1 T blue cheese and black pepper to taste

Creamy Italian:
1/2 t oregano
1/2 t garlic powder
1/2 t onion flakes

Thousand Island:
1 Tablespoon pickle relish
1 Tablespoon chili sauce
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard

Cover and refrigerate

Makes about one and one-half cups

For quarter cup serving:
Calories: 20
Fat: 0
Fiber: 0

Points: less than 1 per serving

Thank you thank you thank you!!! I love salads.. detest the bottled FF dressings. This sounds great and has milk in it to boot!!! :D

I will definitely try these - I want new salad dressings - and I don't like the ff bottled dressing very well either
