Hash Brown Casserole

32 ounces hash browns, frozen -- thawed
1 cup evaporated skim milk
8 ounces light sour cream
4 1/2 ounces reduced fat cheddar cheese -- shredded
2 tablespoons Brummel & Brown spread (or diet marg) --
melted
3 ounces corn flakes -- crushed
2 tablespoons Brummel & Brown spread (or diet marg) --
melted

Combine first 5 ingredients and spread into 2 quart dish sprayed with cooking spray.

Mix cornflakes and margarine and sprinkle over potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees F uncovered for 50 minutes.
