1 med onion, chopped
3 large cloves garlic, minced
2 lbs pork loin, boneless, cut into 1 1/2" pieces
1/4 c cornmeal
1 t ground cumin
1/2 t dried oregano
1/4 t salt
1 can (14 1/2oz) chili beans in sauce, undrained
1 can (14 1/2oz) diced tomatoes with mild chilies, undrained
1 c chicken broth
2 c frozen whole kernel corn, thawed

Place onion and garlic in slow cooker. Top with pork. Mix cornmeal, cumin, oregano and salt; sprinkle over pork and mix well. Add beans, tomatoes and broth; mix well. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours. Stir in corn. Cover and cook about 30 more minutes.
Makes 8 servings: 6 points per serving
