This is from JoAnna Lund's "A Potful of Recipes". It is REALLY creamy and tasty!
1 C Cheez Whiz Light
1 1/2 C frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
1 1/2 C hot water
1 can Healthy Request cream of celery soup
2 t dried onion flakes
1 t Worcestershire sauce
1/4 t paprika
1 can (12 oz) evaporated skim milk
Spray a slow cooker container with butter-flavored cooking spray. In the prepared container, combine celery soup, evaporated skim mlk, water, onion flakes, Worcerstershire sauce, and paprika. Add Cheez Whiz Light. Mix well. Stir in vegetables. Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours. Mix well before serving.
The recipe lists nutritional value for 3 points/cup, but Mastercook figures it at 4 points/cup.
