I made this for dinner tonight and it was really tasty. Definitely a meal that DH liked!!!!! :D
Slow-Cooker Meatballs

Servings: 10
Serving Size: 3 meatballs and about 2 tbsp. sauce
Points per Serving: 5
Ingredients:
1.5 pounds extra-lean ground beef
1 cup dry breadcrumbs
1/2 cup egg substitute
1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley
2 tbsp. minced fresh onion
1/3 cup ketchup
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 (16 oz.) can jellied cranberry sauce
1 (12 oz.) bottle chili sauce
Parsley sprigs (optional)
Combine first 5 ingredients in large bowl. Shape mixture into 30 (1.5 inch) meatballs.
Combine ketchup, sugar, juice, and sauces in an electric slow cooker; gently stir in meatballs. Cover with lid; cook on low-heat setting for 8-10 hours. Garnish with parsley if desired.
I served this over pasta and it was really good!
