Stuffed Cabbage Soup
1 point for 28 oz. tomatoes (I used the one with chilies in it-if you like spicy food)
15 points for 8 oz. lean hamburger - cooked and drained
0 points for 1/2 cup diced onion
2 points for 10 3/4 oz. tomato soup (used Walmart store brand was less points)
0 points 1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
0 points 4 cups water
0 points 2 cups shredded cabbage
6 points 1 cup uncooked Minute Rice (Accd to label=6 points)
Brown meat and onion, and put in crock pot with the rest of the ingredients.
Cook until cabbage and rice is soft. It gets quite thick.
There were 21 points for the whole pot
3 1/2 quart crockpot. I then measured it, and it would equal 2 points for 1 cup. I really liked it and was quite filling!
(The original recipe had 8 oz. tomato paste instead of the tomatoes and chilies- it would not make it as spicy as my souped up (joke) version- http://www.healthdiscovery.net/ubb/smile.gif
