Summer squash, zucchini, &cucumbers - recipes????

Hi!
My summer garden has exploded and is getting towards the end of it but I still have lots of summer squash, zucchini, and cucumbers left. I was wondering if anyone had any good receipes to use them? Any suggestions would be appreciated. My kids and dh love zucchini bread but I hate having that anywhere near me. If anyone could help, I'd appreciate it. Thanks!!!

There is a recipe for Marinated-Cucumber Salad in this month's WW Magazine. It's pretty much your basic quick cucumber salad, I tried it. It's good. Jane
