Here is a recipe that I found on another internet site. Made it for DH and I the other night and it was pretty good! And, it's 5 points for a large, 2 cup serving. I couldn't even finish my serving - it was very filling!
Becky's Chili
1 lb Ground Turkey
1 Onion, chopped
1 (15 oz) can Tomato Sauce
1 (15 oz) can Tomato Paste
1 (15 oz) can Kernel Corn, drained
1 (15 oz) can Kidney Beans, drained and rinsed
1 (15 oz) can Black Beans, drained and rinsed
1/2 pkg Chili Seasoning Mix
1 can Tomatoes and Green Chilies (Rotel) or 1 can Stewed Tomatoes
(depending on how spicy you like it)
2-3 cans Water
Garlic Powder to taste
In a large pan, brown turkey with onion, drain well. Add all other ingredients, simmer at least 1 hour.
Makes 8 servings.
Tastes better the next day!
One Serving (two cups) - 5 Points
Enjoy!
