1/2 pound extra lean gound beef or ground sirloin
1 large onion diced
1/2 head of cabbage chopped
1 28 oz can diced tomatoes, plus a full can of water
1 can condensed tomato soup, plus a full can of water
(or 4 cups of water total)
dash worcestershire sauce
dash hot sauce (optional)
2/3 cup uncooked Minute Rice brown rice
Brown the beef and the onion, add the cabbage, tomatoes, soup, water and worcestershire sauce. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 5-10 minutes, add the rice, cover and stir. Serve after 5-10 minutes when rice is done. This will get thicker the longer it cooks, you may add extra water if necessary.
