Okay I took the recipie out of our WW book and spiced it up a bit and I use canned veggies to make it faster....
2 cans carrots, drained
1 medium onion, diced
4 cloves garlic, minced
6 cups chicken broth(I use boullion cubes)
1 can green beans, drained
2 cans Rotel diced tomatoes w/green chilies
1/2 tsp dried basil
1/4 tsp dried oregano
1 Bag coleslaw mix
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
Spray a frying pan with garlic flavored Pam, saute onions and garlic, meanwhile in soup pot bring six cups of water to a boil, add 6 cubes of chicken bouillon, let them dissolve then add your sauted veggies, canned veggies, coleslaw mix and spices. Simmer till cabbage is tender then enjoy!!!!
