Zesty Italian Dressing (below)
6 c bite size pieces mixed salad greens
8 oz cooked roast beef, cubed
1 c cherry tomatoes, cut in half
1/2 c crumbled blue cheese
4 green onions, sliced
Make dressing as follows: Mix 1/2 cups Kraft Light Done Right Italian Dressing with 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce.
Divide salad greens among 4 plates. Top with remaining ingredients. Serve with dressing. Makes 4 servings, 3 points per serving.
