Found out recently that center-cut pork either chop or filet, is lower in fat than chicken breast....4 oz. = 100 cal. or 3pts. Don't overlook this tasty, tender LEAN pc. of protein in your diet...it's wonderful. Grill it or slice and saute as stir fry, just don't overcook it.
