1 (1 oz) pkg sugar-free fat-free instant pistachio pudding
1 (8 oz) ctn. plain low fat yogurt
1 (8 oz) ctn. vanilla low fat yogurt
1 tsp. non-fat dry milk powder
1 can (8 oz) unsweetened crushed pineapple, drained
1 cup plus 6 tabl. light Cool Whip, thawed and divided
Optional: 1/8 tsp almond extract
Optional: 2 - 3 drops green food coloring.
Combine first 5 ingredients in a bowl; stiring well to blend. If desired, stir in food coloring. Fold in 1 cup whipped topping. Cover and chill. Spoon 1/2 c pudding into each of 6 dessert cups: top each with 1 tabl of topping.
Per serving Cal 106 Fat 3 g

I would use Fat Free Cool Whip and would be a little lower in fat.
Hint: any time you are using plain yogurt if you stir in 1 tabl of powdered dry milk per 1 cup of yogurt you will cut the acidity taste.
