I found this quick diddy on another site, and thought I would share it , I am so sorry I can't remember who to give the credit it to, I'll check in to it and post their name later.
this is for a fast fudge like brownie.

2 TBS. DRY Low-Fat Brownie Mix
1 TBS. FF or LowFat Vanilla Yogurt

Take 2 tablespoons of drylow-fat brownie mix, place in a small, about 1/2 cup size, microwavable dish, add 1 tablespoon of FF or lowfat vanilla yogurt, stir until blended, cook in microwave for 1 minute on high, I go for about 1 minute and 3-5 seconds in mine, let set for a minute and enjoy. You'll have to test a brownie or two to find the right time for your microwave.the brownie is not your normal cake brownie, but after you get the hang of cooking these you will probably like them http://www.healthdiscovery.net/ubb/biggrin.gif I did take a walnut half and crumble it into tiny pieces and added to my last brownie, pretty good.I fixed one for some friends kids and they liked it, it is a little tart from the yogurt, I do put a TBS. of FF cool whip on top. Makes 1 Serving

Hi Mona, Yes, this is a good lil' treat for 1 point. I've had some time to play around with it and it is VERY versitile... you can use different flavor yogurts. I like "cappucino" flavor and you end up witha mocha brownie... but the explorations are only limited by your imagination. I've been told, that a "low-fat" cake mix can be used if a brownie mix is not available. Haven't tried that however. I did experiment once and made a "free" frosting from bakers cocoa and FF chocolate pudding.
HAVE FUN!!!

Wow, thanks Mona! I was just having some major chocolate cravings and I think I actually have the ingredients on hand for this one! Keep those recipes coming!
