Chocolate Chocolate-Chip 'Cakies'
2 cups all-purpose flour
¼ cup unsweetened cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
¼ tsp. salt
½ cup brown sugar packed
¼ cup unsalted stick margarine
1/3 cup at-free egg substitute
3/4 cup plain yogurt
1 tsp. vanilla
1-cup semisweet chocolate chips
Preheat over to 375 Mix dry ingredients together in small bowl.
In a large bowl with an electric mixer beat the sugar, margarine and egg substitute until light and fluffy. Add the flour mixture, the yogurt and vanilla. Add the chocolate chips and stir by hand.
Drop the dough onto cookie sheets sprayed with cooking spray.
Makes 24 large cookies. These cookies freeze well. I put wax paper between the layers. Makes 24 cookies. 1 point per serving.
