Angel Food Cake Dessert
Angel Food Cake Dessert
Serves 12- 3 points per serving
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Use either a tube pan or a 9x13 pan (I use a 9x13 glass baking pan
and do not spray the pan)
Ingredients:
1 box Betty Crocker (1 Step) Angel Food Cake Mix
1 20 oz. Crushed Pineapple (in Natural Juices-no sugar added)
Directions: Fold the pineapple into the dry cake mix until mixed
through and all dry ingredients are absorbed. Do not drain
pineapple. Pour into pan. Bake for about 35-40 minutes.
I keep checking after about 30 minutes as I do not want it to get
too dark. It may sink a little bit. It does not stand up like an
ordinary Angel Cake. That is okay as when it is served.
you can top it with Fat Free Cool Whip. I have served this for
guests and everyone really loved it. I received this recipe at a WW
meeting. How easy can you get?? And it is soooo good.
