Fat-free fudge icing

This icing works well with cupcakes, and this recipe makes enough
to ice six cakes. I also like it as a sauce over fruit. For that, it
makes two generous servings.

Ingredients:
1/2 C. Splenda
1/4 C. cocoa
1 T. cornstarch
1/3 C. water
1/2 t. vanilla extract or almond extract

Mix all dry ingredients in heavy saucepan. Add water and stir over
medium heat until mixture boils and/or thickens to the desired
consistency (about a minute). Remove from heat and stir in flavor
extract. Spread on cupcakes or serve warm over fruit.

Points: 2.5 to 3 for the ENTIRE recipe, depending on the fat
content of cocoa you use.
