I take 2 slices of Healthy Life Italian bread (99% fat free + added fiber) -- 1 pt.
2 tablespoons of Contadina Pizza squeeze (sauce) -- 0 pts.
1/4 cup of Kraft 4 cheese shredded pizza cheese
3 second spray of Mazola Pro Chef olive oil
A sprinkle of pizza seasoning (basil, oregano, crushed red pepper, garlic & marjoram)-- 0 pts.
DIRECTIONS-OK, take the bread and spray it with the olive oil spray and sprinkle on the pizza seasoning and bake in oven (or toaster oven) at 350 for 3-5 minutes. Remove from oven and spread on pizza sauce and sprinkle on the cheese. Lightly dash some more pizza seasoning and put back in oven until melted.
It only takes about 10 minutes to make, it's toasted nice and stiff so you can eat it on the go and DJ (my 2 year old son) LOVES IT! And only 3 pts per serving. This recipe serves one of course.
I add a huge salad with Seven seas red wine vinegar and some croutons to the meal and my WHOLE MEAL COST ME ONLY 4 PTS! (3 for the pizza and 1 for the croutons on my salad)!
