"Fried" Hash Brown Potatoes

2 tablespoons olive oil
30 ounces hash Browns (Ore Ida Country Style)
garlic salt -- to taste
minced onion -- to taste (optional)
paprika -- to taste
fat-free chicken broth -- as needed

Thaw a 30-ounce bag of Ore Ida Country Style has browns. Drain in a colander to dispose of excess water.

Season the potatoes with garlic salt, and minced onion, to your taste. Mix well.

Heat oil in a large frying pan. When the oil is hot, add the potatoes. Press down with a spatula. Sprinkle with paprika. When the potatoes are done to your liking (depending on how crispy you like them), flip them over to brown the other side. If the pan starts to get a little dry, add some fat-free chicken broth.
